- Great Pay - Our hourly, union positions start at $8.70 per hour, with some positions earning even more! Plus, union employees receive a significant pay increase after 90 worked days (probationary period), then regular raises after that!
- Health Insurance - Because we care, full time employees contribute only 18% of the cost for single coverage, depending on the plan you choose. Part time employees are also eligible for coverage!
- Uniforms - Your appearance is important, so we'll provide three shirts and a cap when you’re hired. Once you've successfully completed the 90 day probationary period, we also provide made-to-order slacks for you. We will also pay 1/2 the cost of quality, non-slip shoes, available in several styles.
